Rode in the Tour de Summerlin in Las Vegas. I did the 40 miler through beautiful Red Rock Canyon. Over 1700 feet of elevation changes. It was a little warmer then usual but a great ride. The century riders had to do the challenging 7 mile Red Rock loop! I highly recommend for putting on your calenders for 2013! Next year I’m doing at least the 75 miler if not the century!

Rode the curvy rode towards the Old HWY 395 and made it just in time to a dinner date…sweaty and sore. Great first impression.

I rode the century at the Tour de Cure, the fundraising ride of the American Diabetes Association. It was the second century in my life and I had a blast. Finished almost one hour faster than last year. It is addictive and I consider doing more century rides 😉

Did the Tour De Cure on the 21st my first ride with an organized group did the 50 miler It was great hearing the other riders yell “GO RED RIDER” I also rode back to Ocean Beach to make it 64 miles thinking of making the Encinitas ride my 1st century. Also opened a very successful show at the san diego rep so it was a priceless day.
