Unleash Your Best: Weekly Bike Ride Training for 105, 67 or 33 miles

No matter what your goal, the San Diego Century team is committed to helping cyclists at all levels to cycle more, cycle better and unleash their best.

With that in mind here are some suggestions on training, whether it’s training to ride a century, or preparing for the 33 mile bike ride route.  These recommendations are designed around preparation for 105, 67 or 33 miles in May.  The suggestions assume you have a level of cycling fitness.  If you’re just starting make sure to clear your activities with your doctor, begin conservatively and be consistent.
