EXPO OVERVIEW
The expo will take place on Saturday, May 19, with opportunities for additional exposure on May 18 during rider registration. The expo will be held at the Start/Finish line of the ride on the grounds of MiraCosta College in Cardiff, CA and will include a “Taste the Hills” Festival with 20 – 30 exhibitor booths with a live music area, finish line photographs, bike valet and food booths with tasty local cuisine. Food tickets will be provided to all riders, and additional food can be purchased from the vendors.
With the ability to expand our rider operations and marketing in 2012 we will target 1500 to 2000 riders with expo traffic that will include riders with their family and friends, visitors and existing local traffic.

SPONSORSHIP OVERVIEW
Along with event day exposure, sponsors can participate in promotions that include 20 weeks of training for a century, social media promotion (including contests and giveaways), online advertising investments and many promotion partnerships with regional cycling groups. Sponsorship packages range from official sponsor to presenting sponsor and title sponsor. A la carte sponsorship items and customized programs (available for a limited time) offer a range of targeted event and online exposure opportunities.

EVENT OVERVIEW
The San Diego Century Bicycle Tour is a choice of 37, 66, or 103-mile bicycle ride through North County San Diego coast and east county starting and finishing with food, fun and music at MiraCosta College in Cardiff, California.
The cycling courses provide riders with an opportunity to taste the hills with both varying elevation gains and tasty cuisine at the aid stations and finish line. Hills on the courses range from moderate on the 37-mile course to challenging on the 103-mile course.
Proceeds from the ride support the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition — www.sdcbc.org — a 501(c)3 non- profit organization dedicated to making bicycling better in greater San Diego.
