The free plans are split into 2 week segments, good luck training! Coach Morgon has developed ADVANCED (ADV), INTERMEDIATE (INT) and NOVICE (NOV) plans for each distance of the San Diego Century. Each plan assumes that you have an appropriate level of fitness to complete the training for the week, and to comfortably and safely be able to complete the training for the ride distance of your choice on May 21.
