1. When you sign up check the “Daily Training & Tips for 7 or 15 Miles” if you would like a daily email alert with a free training plan to prepare for 7 or 15 miles. We partnered with cycling legend and coach John Howard to develop the free training information. The daily emails will start in mid-September and run up until Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast on November 6.

2. Check the “Daily Training & Tips for 25 or 50 Miles” if you would like a daily email alert with a free training plan to prepare for 25 or 50 miles. John Howard’s free training adds a little more mileage to your workouts than the 7 or 15 mile plans. The daily emails will start in mid-September and run up until Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast on November 6.

2. Check the “Weekly Training, Rides & Tips” if you would like a free weekly summary of John Howard’s training plans, our suggestions for local groups and clubs where you can find riding partners, and tips from experts on how all of us can bike better, safer and have more fun cycling. The weekly emails will start in mid-September and run up until Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast on November 6.

Please let us know what type of updates you would like.

You can opt out at any time, and we absolutely won’t share your information with anyone.

And it’s free! Also, all newsletter subscribers can select a free downloadable training plan for 7, 15, 25 or 50 miles (the plans will be ready in mid-September).
