Kick off the New Year with a bike workout today!

We’re just about ready to kick-off our training programs for the San Diego Century on May 19.  To help kick-off the New Year and get ready to step up the training our legendary coach & cyclist John Howard helped us with some weekly bike workouts for weekend long rides of 10, 25 and 50 miles.

Want to ride 50 miles this coming weekend?

Ride 10 miles today, and tee up for a longer ride tomorrow.

Or 25 miles this coming weekend?

Ride 5 miles today, and tee up for a longer ride tomorrow.

How about riding 10 miles this coming weekend?

Ride 3 miles today, and tee up for a longer ride tomorrow.

If the evening chill or dark weather gets in the way of riding, then check out a spin class or jump on your trainer for 30 minutes to an hour.
