If you look at my email address closely, it reads, momof7. Separate the letters just the right way, and it reads mom of 7. I am the Mom of 7 children . I am not, however, looking for a merchandise give away for me, because I’m the Mom. Rather, I would like to give something special for the one that takes on the schedules of a busy family at home, while the the Mom takes on miles training the roads of San Diego . This Mom would love to give a gift of thanks to the husband on Mother’s Day, for his support and encouragement he gives me not only as a wife and mother, but, as a cyclist. I am a better Mom, Sunday through Friday, because this sweet man kisses me goodbye and says, “Be safe and have a great ride!” on Saturday.

Congratulations to Eric Dill for winning the jersey last Friday with his photos of Mt. Ventoux and Mallorca, with a dose of inspiration brought on from all the ride guides and coaches that help with the San Diego Century training programs.  Thanks for sharing, Eric!  There were so many great photos last week that it was tough to choose, and we hope you’ll take a look through the entries on the website and on Facebook.
