10 Mile Long Ride: 7 Day Bike Workouts

San Diego Century Official Training programs start in January, and and we’ll also provide more information on regional group rides to support training for 6/1/2013.  To help keep up your miles over the holidays, here’s the suggested mileage for this week developed with legendary coach and cyclist John Howard, assuming you are comfortable with a 10 mile long ride on the weekend.
